Once you have browsed Le Meilleur Dress Hire’s website and found the outfit you wish to hire, select your size and check the availability of the garment on the calendar. If the garment is available for the selected date then you will be able to proceed to the checkout.
We are open by appointment only. To book an appointment simply contact us by phone on (03) 9973 3344 or schedule an appointment on the Schedule Appointment page.
On the day of your scheduled appointment please take note of the following:
Please ensure no fake tan/moisturiser/body creams/heavy perfume is worn whilst trying on a garment during your in store appointment. If you try on a garment and any of the above is visibly present or transferred onto the garment, you will be charged dry cleaning fees to remove the stain/s.
We are available by appointment only. Our business hours are:
Tuesday-Wednesday: 10am-5pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 11am-2pm
Le Meilleur Dress Hire offers either a 4 day or 7 day rental period for all garments. If you would like to hire longer than a 7 day period, please contact us on (03) 9973 3344 or email at info@ledresshire.com.au to discuss directly.
If the outfit you have ordered does not fit, please contact Le Meilleur Dress Hire as soon as you receive the garment. You will be required to send back the outfit/s on the same day of which you picked up your order. Please use the express post satchel that is included with your order to send back the garment. Le Meilleur Dress Hire will send another garment out for you to wear once the original outfit has been returned and received by us.
As per the T&C’s, under no circumstances are you to attempt to remove the stain or attempt to fix the damage of the garment. The fees will be dependent on the severity of the damage.
We express post every order with a flat fee of $15.
Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery once it arrives.
Yes, we do.
It is imperative that you keep your tracking number to track the delivery of the garment. Please check your junk folder for tracking as sometimes emails get lost in this folder. If you have any issues in regard to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
