1. Return the item the next business day after your rental (weekend hires: Monday by 11 AM). If this time doesn’t work, contact us to arrange alternatives—late fees ($20 per day) apply without notice.

2. Place the unwashed garment in the plastic sleeve provided and then put it into the prepaid satchel.

3. Seal the satchel and go into your local post office. Drop the parcel at the counter and receive a receipt (for proof of postage). Under no circumstances should a garment be left in a street posting box- a $30 fee applies if the garment is left there.

4. Send a photo of the receipt via Instagram that you've sent the package. Without this proof of lodgement you are liable if this parcel is lost or stolen.
